RECOMMENDATIONS
The federal House of Representatives should be scrapped and their function split between the senate and the state assemblies.
The office of first ladies is illegal, condemnable and must be scrapped and discouraged.
The offices of special aides, special advisers, senior special advisers to presidents, vice president, ministers, senate president, speakers, governors etc. should be scrapped.
The offices of ministers of states should be scrapped
Endless entourage and staff of political officer including that of the president should be scrapped.
A central senate secretariat staffed by civil servants should be encouraged.
